Sites Southwest has focused its planning practice on strategic investments in community's existing assets, including downtowns and older commercial and mixed use centers. We have worked as a consultant to New Mexico MainStreet, cities in New Mexico, Texas and Arizona to complete strategic plans, revitalization plans, standards and design guidelines, zoning and capital improvements plans and the streetscapes and urban design that we design that creates value.  We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with City staff, downtown organizations and the residents that make up our regions great communities.  Our work in downtown Las Cruces has been recognized by the State Chapter of the New Mexico Society of Landscape Architects and New Mexico MainStreet.
