George Radnovich, ASLA, Senior Principal -
Landscape Architecture - As a founder and Partner of Sites Southwest, Mr. Radnovich supplies a broad spectrum of planning and design expertise to both public and private sectors. Through his professional practice, he has developed an approach to land and landscape design that stems from ecology and integrates into the built environment. George is most well known for his efforts to create a more regional approach to the site and landscape through his work with water conservation, Xeriscape, and green building. He has lectured at workshops and conferences throughout the Southwestern United States on the subject.

Phyllis Taylor, Senior Principal - Planning
Ms. Taylor, founder and Principal has successfully managed a variety planning projects during her professional career. Projects have ranged from private sector real estate projects to public policy plans and reports. The common thread in these diverse assignments is the application of analytical and complex problem-solving techniques to public and private investments in community development. Her assessments assist landowners and developers in determining optimal product mix, potential absorption and project characteristics that enhance a project's success. Her insight and knowledge help the general public reach consensus on land use and design. Her commitment to strategic investments in community well-being has led to a focus on infill and redevelopment projects.

Pat Gay, Principal - Landscape Architecture
Mr. Gay serves as a Principal, Project Manager, and Landscape Architect for Sites Southwest. He contributes his extensive design and construction background to a wide variety of projects. His work has largely concentrated in the areas of design that emphasize native, reclamation, and low water use landscapes. He is interested in design relationships between the built and natural environment, resource efficient design, and regionalism. He has a background and training in both Landscape Architecture and Architecture. Mr. Gay is a Registered Landscape Architect in New Mexico and Texas. He currently serves as President of the New Mexico Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Jesse Scott, ASLA, Project Manager - Landscape Architecture
Jesse Scott has worked in the private sector as a landscape architect for the past 13 years. During this time he has accumulated knowledge which has attributed to the success of many innovative projects. His areas of expertise include Park Design, Xeric and Native Planting Design, Urban Design and Hardscape Detailing, Signage Design, Material Specification, Project Management and Construction Administration. Innovation is the keystone of Mr. Scott's design philosophy. |

Jill Guarino Brown, ASLA, LEED AP,
Project Manager - Landscape Architecture
During her nine years of experience in Landscape architecture, Mrs. Brown has worked on a wide variety of projects, designing attractive spaces in campuses, transportation facilities, urban streetscapes, parks, and botanical gardens. She has also spent time on community design and specialty planning projects. Due to her skills in project management, Mrs. Brown currently spends much of her time working with clients, organizing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring the project is completed to her client's satisfaction. She is passionate about creating spaces that have a positive impact on the environment and the people that live in it.

Maura Lewiecki, Project Manager
Open Space and Trails - Landscape Architecture
Environmentally based resource management, design and trail planning have been the principle foci of Ms. Lewiecki’s work. She brings a broad background and training in landscape architecture, environmental planning and community involvement to her projects. For the past six years, Ms. Lewiecki has specialized in large-scale projects with significant multidisciplinary, interagency and public process components, such as greenway and trails planning, parks and open space master planning, ecosystem restoration, land development, urban design, and regional land use planning. She has had and continues to play active roles in these disciplines in the community outside of work as well. Ms. Lewiecki also excels at Construction Administration.

Barbara Herington, Project Manager- Planning
Ms. Herrington has worked in planning and community development for ten years. Her experience ranges from developing strategic economic plans and general land use plans to obtaining entitlements for subdivisions and site developments. At Sites Southwest she has worked on regional water plans, county and city comprehensive plans, sector plans and recreation and trails plans. She managed the preparation of comprehensive plans for Lincoln County, Otero County, Northern Socorro County and the Village of Corona. She created new zoning regulations for the Mountain View and the Near North Valley Sector Development Plans in Albuquerque, NM.

Deborah Blea Hradek, ASLA, El Paso Office Director,
Project Manager, TX Licensed Irrigator
Landscape Architecture - Ms. Hradek has successfully managed a large variety of landscape design and landscape construction projects ranging from residential to educational and industrial facilities with a recent emphasis on City Parks and Therapeutic Gardens. Her architecture background gives Ms. Hradek a unique insight into design and building function as it relates to the building form and facility of movement. Ms. Hradek has an extensive understanding of all aspects of landscape planning in an arid climate allowing her to excel in design integration, water conservation conversions and low-water specialty gardens. |
