Planning - Planning provides guidance to the physical design of sites, integration of information into planned environments, regulatory standards and guidelines for land development and a blueprint for the future of land-based projects. It also links the physical design and management of places to natural environments and the people who live in them. Sites Southwest offers an Understanding of the multiple influences that affect a project, Strategies for choreographing the regulatory process and a thorough Vision for the success of the project.
Design - Design is the physical connection of an environment to place and it translates the program of that place to reality. The physical manifestations of well planned projects become the Streetscapes, Parks and Plazas, and Open Spaces that we use in our daily lives. Sites Southwest transforms the ordinary into an extraordinary place that is well integrated into its environment. We do this through the practices of Landscape Architecture, Landscape Restoration and Regenerative Design, Trails and Transportation, Education and Campus Design and Environmental Graphics.
Sites Management - Landscapes and their Integral Sites, even if planned with the environment in mind, need to be managed after construction. Sites Southwest has met this challenge head-on through our Management Group. We assist clients through Water Analysis and Planning, we Design and Manage Computerized Irrigation Systems that utilize weather stations and ET data, we develop Landscape Management Plans as specifications for maintenance and we perform Water Audits to ensure optimum system performance. Our management products have enabled large and small clients to save money and control efficiency.
